I deeply believe that User Experience Design is one of the best ways to solve our global problems as a society.
Mostly because we have EMPATHY in the center of our practice. Empathy with users, clients, stakeholders and teammates.
This allows us to create a tangible, measurable positive impact for our whole ecosystem.
So, helping improve the UX IQ was my choice to contribute to common good, and I’ve built my business around that premise.
A new way to deliver UX education
Even I’ve created several educational experiments in the past (Solucionantes, UXCM and my video courses), mentoring with DesignLab has shown me that this way was deep and powerful.
This just went perfectly in line with my thoughts after reading Robert Greene’s book Mastery.
The most important takeaway that I had is that mentoring is the best way to create everlasting knowledge.
Mostly because the closeness with the needs of the student allows mentors to help them exactly in what they need to step up to the next level.
The knowledge transfer is greater than what you can give in a traditional class, and is customized 100% to the needs and goals of the student.
So, I decided to start a UX Mentoring Program that includes all my premium video-courses, alongside four one-on-one sessions to work closely with the student.
